Workshop 1 - Planning
The training workshop on running a smart, sustainable and inclusive Language Exchange organization with the special emphasis on planning was held on 9th and 16th of December 2019 in Belgrade at Eureka Innovation Lab.
On the first day, the purpose of the workshop was presented by Marko Lazić, LX Coordinator, who pointed out its main goals and benefits.
After the welcome speech, LX Coordinator Marko Lazić, spoke about what is planning and why is it so important.
Danilo Ristin, mentor, gave a presentation and actively communicated with participants about strategic planning of smart, sustainable and inclusive Language Exchange organization.
Later on, Marko Lazić, LX Coordinator presented the examples of good planning in practice followed by a YES Language Exchange event.
On the second day of the workshop, Bojana Miljković, Project Manager emphasized the significance of the planned activities, as well as the implications they will have on youth employability.
Danilo Ristin, mentor, presented the analysis of the current situation and planning of the management, promotion and sustainability of the YES Club in which present participants were actively involved.
Later on, participants presented their plans for management, promotion and sustainability of the Language Exchange club, followed by the group discussion and YES Language exchange event.
