Workshop 4 - Sustainability
The workshop on the theme “Sustainability of LX organizations” that resulted in knowledge, skills and standards for the local actors that enabled them to improve their work in this area was organized on 10th and 11th of September 2020 online on Zoom platform due to the unfavorable situation caused by the COVID19 virus which includes a ban on public gathering of more than 5 people in order to prevent the spread of the virus. The model of development of Language Exchange had a strong sustainability aspect with special attention to the situation with the COVID19 virus and working conditions during the pandemic, creating a lasting system and foreseeing all its future potentials and obstacles on a long-term scale, through the human capacity building. These actors will continue their work after the project is finished and will develop the idea of Language Exchange in the area further, working in synergy. The agenda followed the 2-day workshop that consisted of the theoretical and practical part. 1st day of implementation of the workshop consisted the theoretical part and 2nd day consisted the practical part.
The first day consisted of the opening of the event, 3 parts of the presentation held with the usage of PowerPoint and wrap-up & questions.
The second day consisted of the opening of the event, 3 panels held with the usage of PowerPoint presentations and wrap-up & questions.
