Workshop 2 - Management
Workshop on the theme “Management of LX organizations” which improved participants’ knowledge on planning, directing, and control aspects of the organization's work to ensure the effective and efficient utilization of resources (including staff) was held online, on ZOOM platform on 8th and 9th of September 2020, due to the unfavorable situation caused by the COVID19 virus, which includes a ban on public gathering of more than 5 people in order to prevent the spread of the virus. 21 participants attended the event on the first day and 22 participants attended the event on the second day. Agenda followed the 2-day workshop that consisted of the theoretical and practical part. 1st day of the workshop consisted the theoretical part and 2nd day consisted the practical part.
The first day consisted of the opening of the event, 3 parts of the presentation held with the usage of PowerPoint and wrap-up & questions.
The second day consisted of the opening of the event, 3 panels held with the usage of PowerPoint presentations and wrap-up & questions.
